Setting up a new business – how we can help you

Our Company establishment service makes establishing a company easy. We use external advisers who provide us with a professional, quick service. Here is our process

• Decide on a name – we will check if it’s available.
• Make sure you have a mygov account before proceeding further – https://my.gov.au/
• Directors ID – you will need to apply .. https://www.abrs.gov.au/director-identification-number/apply-director-identification-number
• Please provide us with your details, such as name, DOB, TFN and where you were born.
• Payment remittance for Company establishment as per our Gartly Invoice
• Company ordered.
• ACN provided, and your ABN and GST applied for
• Hard copy Documents will be available within 48 hours, if not earlier, for signing.
• Visit us for Sign off
• ABN, TFN notification from ATO received
• Take signed documents to the Bank for opening a Bank Account
• We keep soft copies on file / you are given hard copies for your safekeeping.
• Talk to us about setting up a myob XERO or QuickBooks clouding system.
• We will register you for Workcover if needed.
• Consult a lawyer if you need a shareholders agreement of IP registered.
• Good to go – go and make business and profits.
